Having undertaken the process of shipping a car for the first time, I was a little skeptical about how the experience would be. But I was happy with ship-a-car-direct. They patiently and thoroughly explained the entire process and would answer any questions I had from them over the phone or message. They assigned me a very reliable carrier who brought my car across the country safely and on time.Whenever I had any questions about pick up or delivery, I contacted ship-a-car-direct, they reached out to the carrier and promptly let me know about the status.
