Better the second time

This was the second company I called to ship my car from MA to TX. First company charged me immediately, was unresponsive and after 8 business days they didn't have a carrier. Ultimately, they quoted me too low, thus no carrier was going to ship the vehicle for that low price. Ship A Car Direct quoted me about $200 more, but had a carrier after 2 business days and did not charge me until the car was picked up. Scott, my representative, was extremely helpful and responsive - keeping me updated throughout the process. My representative through the carrier (Esperanza, Inc) was also very responsive and gave me accurate window the day prior and called when they were 30 minutes away. Overall, a much better and easier experience with Ship A Car Direct than I could have expected. Only regret is that I didn't call them first!
