Our family had less then 2 weeks to get to the east coast for California. With so much to do, we decided to leave our second car with a friend and figure it out later. Doing research, this whole shipping a car business is very overwhelming. I received many many calls, texts and emails all with varying prices. We decided that we just needed the car here but I definitely didn’t want to pay too much and a company not trustworthy. I did a lot of research and became familiar with how it works, that I felt comfortable to go with Ship A Car Direct. My broker was Jennifer and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and cleared up my uncertainties. The process was smooth, straight forward. My quote was fair and Jennifer was able to secure a carrier and pickup the same day! I did my research on the carrier but wasn’t able to find too much helpful info on them, and initially requested to find another carrier. I believe the carrier was already in the area because once I contacted our friend to have the vehicle ready, they were already on their way to meet the carrier. I can’t complain, our vehicle was ready to make its way. I gave a few days to contact the carrier and couldn’t get through, so i contacted Jennifer and was able to make contact and give me good information. After, i started receiving updates from the carrier which was great, so that we can have the cashiers check ready and have a better timeframe for delivery. In all, the vehicle arrived 3 days early. The carrier was trying to deliver 4 days early late at night and we agreed, but he called to let us know he was very tired (even though he was 3 hrs away) and would like to take a break and head over in the morning. Totally fine! Safety first. Overall, we are satisfied and would use ship a car direct again if needed.
