I booked with Ship a Car Direct for my Louisiana to California move after the moving company I contracted with for my auto and household transports, Colonial Van Lines, failed to pick up my car on the assigned pick up date and gave me a pick up date a week later. Since I was already having communication issues with Colonial over the delivery of my household items, I asked for a refund so that I could try my luck with another company. That's when I reached out to Scott. He gave me a lower price than Colonial and didn't seem phased by my immediate pick up request. He found a transport within a couple days. Communication between me, Scott and the transporter was problem free. They picked up on time and delivered on time. No guessing, no stress and no frantic calling. My household goods still haven't arrived after almost three weeks. Scott delivered my car within days.
