After doing research on several car shipping companies and cross-referencing multiple sources including BBB, I decided on Ship-A-Car-Direct to have my car shipped from Colorado to Illinois. First, getting the quote was easy. All of my questions were answered even during off hours which says a lot about the level of customer care. I did get quotes from a few companies, one being slightly less, but the competitor had significantly more negative reviews based on my research. For me, the price difference simply was not worth it. After booking, the carrier information was sent almost immediately. Even after the broker fee was collected, Ship-A-Car-Direct kept in contact until my vehicle was delivered. Although I downloaded and used the damage app for pick-up, it was not necessary for the delivery because my car arrived damage-free a day early. Needless to say, I highly recommend! Disclosure: Although there was an incentive to post a review, I stand by what I have said to be honest and truthful.
