I am very happy with the customer service of John at Ship a Car Direct. I really like that I booked through him and he was my only contact through the whole process and I didn't have to speak to lots of different people, like I normally would have to do at other businesses. He was very professional and helpful. If he wasn't available, he was very quick to call back or email back when I had questions. I really liked the driver as well. He was courteous and got us our car earlier than expected. Definitely going to suggest Ship a Car Direct to friends!
