We were moving a car from rural NH to Texas. The pickup location was a challenge but Ship a Car Direct was upfront about that and did in fact find a carrier to pickup at our house on the first day of the window.The car was delivered within the expected delivery and various staff people at Ship a Car Direct were in contact and available every step of the way. When the delivery slipped by one day from the expected delivery date, I contacted my main Ship a Car Direct contact and he was on it right away. This was a very good experience.
