Working with Ship a Car Direct was smooth and simple. Communication was excellent throughout the process. The actual shipper was a bit more challenging. The driver first asked my son to drive 30 minutes to meet him for pick up. Fortunately my son said no, and the driver then navigated his way to 10 minutes away. He also had to go 10 minutes to get the car on pick up. Both were not ideal, but not the fault of Ship a Car Direct.
