I was disappointed that I was not able to have the car picked up the date I originally requested. It was a full week later before I had confirmation of a carrier. However despite the delay, ShipACarDirect was very good about keeping me abreast of the situation and also reduced their portion of the cost to compensate for the final cost and inconvenience. The transport carrier they chose was great and got the car to the final destination intact and on time. Once we were informed of the carrier, the process went very smoothly.
