I was very pleased with this whole process. I didn't need to talk to Scott from Ship a Car Direct at all after the initial phone call during which he was respectable and patient explaining the process to me.
Leo picked our brand new car up and safely delivered it to Las Vegas. It was dirty, but it went across country from the Midwest during February, so that was to be expected. Leo was only able to give my son 15 minutes notice that he had arrived, but my son was working and he couldn't meet Leo for 2 hours. But Leo was understanding and it all worked out. I was glad to read that Ship a Car vets their carriers to decrease the probability that there will be issues.
