My car was transported by ShipaCarDirect from Colorado to New Jersey. The pickup and delivery was on time. I got regular status updates about the status of the transport. The car was pretty dirty when I received it at New Jersey, but that is to be expected when you are using an open carrier to move your car halfway across the country in winter. I am extremely satisfied with the experience.
