I have had a great experience with Ship A Car Direct. The communication is always prompt, and they even remind me to take pictures of the car to later file a claim if needed. They are very transparent on how they will reduce the broker fee to attract more drivers for my route. The driver was also professional and communicative as well. My car is safe and in a condition like when it was handed. Cannot ask for a better experience!
