This review form has the worst user interface! Fortunately the experience of shipping my car was much better. I got the quote and arranged the shipment entirely via internet and email. All my communication was via text or email. The only call we received was to arrange pick up logistics. The car arrived the afternoon before the promised delivery date and the pick up was on time.
