We did have an issue with the first company chosen to transport the car. Matt, our rep, was quick to help us get a new company in a matter of about an hour. The new company was fabulous! Alex, the driver, was SO responsive and gave me updates the whole way. He was early to drop the car, but still felt bad that he was later than he expected and he washed the car for us.
