This was the 3rd auto shipping company I went to. After mixed messages and broken promises from the first 2, it was a breath of fresh air to work with Jennifer. She was direct, honest, and pro-active to help eventually find a shipper for my car. Based on my experiences I recommend that others start with Ship A Car Direct, especially Jennifer, to avoid the frustrating "run around" I experienced with others.
