Smooth operation, on time performance

Ship-a-car-direct won my business after the first company I selected told me their pick up window was no less than 5 days and still cannot guarantee they can pick up within the window because "my selected date was in slow season". Ship-a-car-direct promised a 3 day window as I was facing a difficult schedule, and delivered an outstanding performance. The office staff sent all necessary documents and extra tips ahead of time to help me prepare for the pick up. The driver came on the first day of the 3 day window, called me 1.5 hours ahead of time, was courteous with a smile on his face, and inspected my car thoroughly and professionally before loading. The coast-to-coast transportation was so fast it took only 5 days although there were multiple stops. I flew to my destination but had only one day before taking off on a business trip so naturally I wonder if he could make it in my extremely tight time window to personally accept the delivery. To my pleasant surprise, he made it in 5 days! Not only that, his communication was crisp and timely, again called me 2 hours before arrival. Delivery was clean and efficient - he offloaded the car and drove it to our parkway in front of my garage before knocking my door! I cannot expect a better experience for the job.
