I thought they should have given me a longer heads up about the increase in the cost prior to the actual pickup of the van. In the end it was worked out to my satisfaction. I liked dealing with Erickson Transportation. They stayed in touch from pickup, enroute, and delivery. The driver was willing to work with us on the place of delivery.
