I researched ShipaCarDirect and their reviews were great. Their price quote was $200 under the other two I called. The key was the neat website with all the short answer videos, answering the basics. I was assigned Kosta, a support agent in Colorado. He was awesome, working with me to try and get my car on the first available truck despite a constantly changing pick-up window. Kosta made it very easy and always responded to my call or text (or e-mail) promptly.
THE COMMUNICATION COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER!
When Kosta assigned my car to a carrier (SDM Transport), I called them and they were also very easy to check on the load with. They gave me the driver's number and he stayed in touch with me. The car came off perfect (it was pretty dirty after a couple days driving in the rain right behind the tractor's wheels but there was no paint damage and after a bath it looks mint) and I am happy I shipped it rather than flying out to buy it and then drive it home! That option would have cost me nearly twice what shipping ran by the time you add hotels and food into the cost. I'll call these guys again if I ever have to ship a car. I highly recommend them.
