I had a great experience using ship a car direct and my sales representative was very responsive. My only reservation about the whole process is how little warning you get before the car is picked up and before the car is dropped off. Hectic schedules can be hard to manage and it can be stressful if you are trying to get with pickup or drop off done in a small window.
