I was very pleased with my experience using Ship a Car Direct. Although not necessary, I booked with them months in advance, and they sent me update and reminder emails throughout the process. Ship a Car Direct responded promptly to my emails / phone calls, too. I admit, I was nervous to ship my car since I had never done so before, but after the fact I would absolutely use Ship a Car Direct again. Most importantly, they found a company to transport my car on the first date my car was available, which I was very pleased about!
