Was charged an additional $100 over quoted price. When I learned of increase, it was too late trying to make alternate arrangements. Received shipper copy invoice ($475) but paid $730, broker fee high.

Thanks for your review. Our records show that you were charged 5% for paying the carrier portion on credit card, which you were informed before you agreed to pay. $475 to the carrier , plus 5%. You may check your order receipt that shows you were not charged an additional $100 over quoted price.
