Thank you for taking the time to share your review and we are sorry to hear things did not go as planned. We never guarantee dates and lead time does not help secure a carrier sooner. Stefan did his best to find a carrier to go to your area and when there was nobody available, he tried to inform you of your other options. Unfortunately we can not always meet your date requirements if we can not find a carrier available in your area, that does not mean we are lying to you. Best of luck to you on your move.
