John, my CS rep, was very forthcoming with information and prompt to return all my inquiries. We experienced a bit of delay from the original pick-up date, most likely because the vehicle was being transported cross country, from one small town in Northern CA to another in So RI. David's Trucking was the carrier and our experience overall with David was terrific. He worked with my neighbor for pickup, kept in contact with me during transit, picked me up at our home in RI and drove me to his rig to retrieve the car. Excellent!
