This shipping experience went very well. Eve was extremely helpful and readily available for all questions. The driver, Harold, of Golden Key Express was able to find reasonably close pick-up and delivery locations (our residential streets were too narrow for the car carrier to use). He communicated well and often with us, keeping us in touch with progress. We were not prepared to accept delivery of the car in California at the earliest day of his arrival, but he readily arranged to delay actual delivery until we could accept it. The car arrived somewhat dirty from bugs, etc., but otherwise in good shape. Altogether this was a good experience, and we would ship with ShipACarDirect again.
