Overall, would say 4.5. The car arrived earlier that told which was great! The driver was very nice and relax without rush to deliver. Was considerate that I had to step out of work to pick up the car. Very satisfied with the service and would recommend. The only negative point, and likely out of their hands, was that the shipment was going to be close to 4th of July, thus the pick up was several days in delay for which we had to make arrangements to deliver the car.
