Overall, this was a positive experience and I received my car at the destination very close to my desired delivery date. There was a problem with getting a carrier to take my car, and the pickup date was delayed by about a week due to a long weekend & a less-popular destination. Nonetheless, Matt was very understanding of my situation and assured me that it would work out. Lo and behold, I received my car only a day later than my desired date and everything went as smoothly as it could have.
