Great communication with John at Ship-a-car throughout the process. Pickup was on the right day, just several hours after the stated time frame. Car arrived two days late, but delivery person was polite and friendly, and found a close, perfect location for us to meet him. Would use Ship-a-Car Direct the next time if we do this again.
