I had heard many horror stories about shipping cars and really didn't know where to start when I needed to ship my Honda Odyssey across the country. The great reviews on ship-a-car direct drew my attention. After checking out their website - which is professionally done and full of helpful videos and instructions - I decided to give them a try. After submitting my request for a quote online, Gaby sent me an email and then gave me a call. She was helpful and not pushy. Once I agreed on the service, Gaby and some other people from the company occasionally sent me emails to let me know what to expect and shared helpful tips to prevent issues. They also reinforced they could be called at any time we had issues with the carrier. The guarantee to cover any damage if the carrier won't seemed great, until I saw that ship-a-car would simply pay the first $500 in my insurance deductible. But a good gesture. I would definitely use these guys again.
