Great overall experience with ShipaCarDirect

While it took a few days to find a carrier (which was not a real surprise considering the location of the pick-up), everything went extremely well. Matt was constantly sending me email updates so I was very informed on how the process was progressing. After he found a carrier that would pick-up from Aledo, IL, a representative from the carrier made several calls to me to arrange for a time and place for the delivery. The best part of the delivery was it was unexpectedly early by two days. The original date was Monday and I took delivery on Saturday morning. Every person I talked to at the carrier was very polite and answered the few questions I did have (it’s a southern thing….)


Overall it was a very good experience and I would not hesitate to recommend either SHIPACARDIRECT or KMA Transport to anyone considering moving a vehicle and I will definitely keep them both in mind if I ever do another shipment (and I probably will.)
