Eric at Ship A Car was in contact with me until my car was assigned to a driver. He was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Once a transport company was assigned, the driver/owner of Au-thentic transport, Ignacio, contacted me and remained in touch with me from prior to pickup, through transport and delivery. Was courteous and professional. Kudos to both companies and to both gentlemen! Very pleased.
