I recommend Ship a Car Direct to anyone moving long-distance. It is better to book with them directly, and bypass any bundle packages you may receive with a professional moving service who may offer you a low-grade car transport broker. My broker at Ship a Car was transparent about the car transport process and he was pleasant and professional. He was also available for me to contact when I needed additional questions answered about the carrier and length of time between pickup and drop off. What's more, the company sent me the carrier's DOT number and a direct contact to the driver transporting my car. Everyone was nice, and patient from the broker to the carrier and driver. Ship a Car also provides great customer service, which emails, texts, and calls to ensure that you are okay. I honestly love this company and I recommend it to anyone who needs to transport their car. The delivery was a day early and my car was in excellent condition.
