Pick up was good/on time. Delivery was late - vehicle was dirty/damaged. I worked with Matt (primary contact person) who referred me to Jerry (claims contact rep). Both did an outstanding job, keeping me informed throughout the process. Jerry assisted me with submitting my claim and followed up with me periodically to update me on status. One recommendation for future clients - download the claims app (just in case)- it's a great tool.I give them 5 stars!!! I will definitely recommend to my friends and they have earned my business in the future.
