From the first phone call to delivery, this was a seamless experience. Kosta took the time to explain where there might be a hold up (location of delivery), gave viable options, and within 30 min of signing the agreement, he had a carrier for us. Shortly after that we had a direct number for the driver to confirm pickup and delivery of our new car. Kosta was quick to respond to the couple of questions we asked him.

The driver, Leo, was on time to the pickup location and coordinated that very well with our seller. He advised us a window of time he would be in Knoxville. Due to no fault of Leo, one of his drop-offs was a bit late in Nashville, but he communicated that to us right away. He told us what time he would be at our meeting point in Knoxville and it was coordinated well enough that we arrived within 5 minutes of him pulling up to deliver the car.

This could not have been a better experience for us. This was our first time buying a car online. With that come plenty of unknowns. We originally tried another company but after 2 days with NO communication at all, we cancelled and went with Kosta. He was different right from the minute he called. Seriously, within 1 hour of completing the online form, we had a driver scheduled.
