While we are glad you car made it safe, we are sorry that you weren't able to get a carrier right away. The first carrier assigned to you broke down, so we needed to find you another one and when we found one, the carrier wanted to cancel because the pick up place is not wide enough for their truck to go in. It took us quite a while but we were able to finally find you a carrier. Thank you for your utmost patience and thank you for sharing your feedback.
