I recently shipped my car using ShipACarDirect from Colorado to California. I was very anxious about the service at first. But, I was surprised by the customer service, really great. Picked up and delivered within 3 days window. Will recommend to friends.
Rooms for improvement:
a) I noticed communication gaps between ShipACarDirect and Cars Inc, a carrier. I never got 24 hour ahead confirmation call for pick up or delivery. Had to make several calls to ShipACarDirect and Cars Inc. Well, from next time, I would not worry about it too much.
b) ShipACarDirect app is a crap. I uploaded pics, but no any confirmation. I called agent, he says its not yet in system. Unfortunately, the photos format is also is some incompatible form, would not show up in my phone. Fortunately, I did not have issue with my car upon delivery, so did not matter.

Last comment, since my car came via I-70 and it was snowing in Colorado, my car was very dirty. Anyway, its not anyone's fault :).
