I was pleased with Ship a Car Direct. Originally the car was going to be dropped off in Northern KY, but none of the carrier drivers picked up on that. So after 3 days we talked to Gaby and decided to change the drop off at my daughters in Cincinnati, we had a carrier an hour later. Ivan was on time and everything went very smoothly. I would use their service again.
