I am so glad I went with Ship A Car Direct to transport my from Maryland to California. I almost went with another carrier, however , just before I signed, I read these terrible reviews online. I decided to wait another day, and that's when I not only found Ship A Car Direct, I also began to see the real side (true colors) of the other carrier I almost signed with. They were harassing me to sign and was pushing me to hurry. It was not a pleasant experience.

Once I kicked the other company to the curb, Ship A Car Direct was excellent in keeping me in the loop via emails. They schooled me again on the process, offered an app to guide to guide me in taking pictures of the car, and actually picked up the car early, and made arrangements to Uber me back home from the pickup spot.

The only disappointment was my car came a few days later than I wanted it to, but that was explained to me from the start. It wasn't far from the target date (less than 48 hours) and actually worked out for the better.

I expect to have tow more vehicles to move in the months to come. I'm glad I found an excellent company the first time around. I will use them again.
