I came across Ship a Car Direct through the Consumer Reports website and I immediately looked up the reviews to see what other's had experienced. Based on the reviews, I was confident in my decision to get a quote. Since I was shipping my Nissan from California to New York, I wanted to make sure that my vehicle would be safe during transport, especially after reading horror stories from other companies. From the time I requested a quote from Ship a Car Direct until the time my vehicle was delivered, the communication between Ship a Car Direct and myself was clear and frequent. They answered all of my questions and once my car had a designated carrier, I was able to communicate directly with the driver of the transport truck. My car was picked up 1 day early, which worked out great for me, and it was delivered on time and in the same condition (maybe a little dirty, but that is expected). Overall, I had a great experience and am fully satisfied with their business.
