Eve was extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had a car picked up from California and I was physically in New York. I was concerned that I was having a 3rd party sign-off on the pick up however the driver was very accommodating. My other concern was that I was having the car delivered to Wilmington and I was still going to be in New York. The company allows anyone that you designate to sign for the drop-off. In addition, the delivery was taking place during a severe storm and the driver took his time and still made the delivery on schedule. The car arrived in the condition that it was picked up in. They also called 1 hour before pick-up and drop-off to ensure that we had enough time to make sure someone was present. Finally, when the car was being picked up it was about 9 pm on a week night and there was a young child at home. The driver was kind enough to call when he arrived and not ring the doorbell so that the child was not disturbed. I would definitely recommend Ship A Car Direct!
