Shipped a 2011 Ridgeline from Pueblo to Atlanta. Open transport. First time shipping a vehicle. Pick up was one time. Delivery delayed by about 18 hours due to mechanical issue with trailer while in route. Vehicle arrived dirty, but it was an open transport so that was expected. Dirt made the delivery review/walk around a little bit challenging. Communication by all parties was good. R Crouse Trucking kept me informed the whole time. Vehicle was delivered to my door step. I priced several carriers and while Ship a Car Direct was not the least expensive their reviews and website videos were helpful. The things that cinched it for me were: 1) number of reviews/satisfied customers, 2) after submitting a quote request I received a prompt email with an invitation to call with questions, "even if you don't use us", 3) I took Gaby up on the offer for the phone call and she was very informative about the shipping process. Note that Ship a Car Direct offers a nominal credit for reviews, but that money isn't enough to post a glowing review of a negative experience. Not sure why other companies don't have as many reviews posted. Maybe they don't offer incentive? Dunno. My experience was good and I would do it all over again the same way.
