Ship-A-Car Direct was good to work with- however, my issue came with the transporter that they used. Timing was great and everything, but my car came to me with oil spilled all over the exterior of the vehicle. All the guy said was: "Oh, the car above yours must of had a leak somewhere". I was very unhappy about this but was able to spend a couple of hours cleaning it myself. I haven't had the car back long enough to know if there is any permanent damage yet.

We are sorry to hear about your car being covered with engine oil. Open auto carriers are typically bi-level trailers that can carry two rows of cars. These trailers lack sides and roofs, making the vehicles on-board open to the elements at all times. We are glad to hear that your car made it safe, Todd! Thank you for taking the time to let us know.
