I am satisfied with the service. However, the carrier came into town one day early and I was clear that I was out of town until the next day. They left the car in my driveway and hid the keys. I spoke to the carrier in the morning and was able to retrieve the keys. No damage was seen on the car and I paid the balance the next day when the carrier was back in Midland. I am sure this was a violation of protocol but in the end everything worked out okay.
