From the beginning to the end was a very easy process. Matt was great in communicating by email as to every step of the way. We had no issues at all. Our 2 Cars were picked up early(right before a winter snow storm) and dropped off on the other end with no problems at all. Will definitely use them again for our trip back to CT.
