Ray was the driver and he was very good about keeping in contact and letting me know when he would be there to pick up my car and drop it off. He was able to work around my time when I was not available during the estimated drop off time due to an appointment I could not change. I am thankful he was so willing and able to do so. The only slight complaint I have was the mud tracked into my car but over all I really appreciate their service.
