My contact person was Stephan. When I initially contracted for the transport I told him that December 12 was the latest date for pick-up. It ended up being the 13th. Stefan was very responsive to my phone calls and assured me the car would be picked up no later than the 13th. The driver was pleasant and courteous. He informed me well in advance of when he would arrive with my car. I met him at a designated location. He unloaded the car and it was in perfect condition other than being dirty as a result of going through snow storms and salty roads. I am overall pleased except for some anxiety on my part about a late pickup.
