Initially I was assigned a different transporter and When I called the transporter, they had no clue regarding the delivery. Once I informed the same to Ship a Car direct , They immediately assigned a new transporter before the first assumed pickup date. The delivery was right on time as estimated by the driver, and the car was in the good condition, except of course of the outside dirt from traveling since the truck was open.
Overall, the driver was very polite and waited for me for a couple of hours as I had to attend an important meeting .
