Very easy and hassle free, overall. My primary contact answered all of my questions and returned my calls promptly. Our F150 only took 4 days to be transported from FL to AZ and arrived damage free. We expected it to be dirty since it was on an open carrier, which it was - but it could have been a lot worse. Our driver maintained good communication via phone and was both friendly and professional upon delivery.
