I was pleasantly surprised with this whole process. I had heard horror stories regarding this process and I was nervous. I emailed Matt with short notice due to a last minute decision and he stayed with the mission! JD Auto transport was great at communicating, accepted a personal check and made great time. We met this afternoon at my transition apartment because the address I originally gave was for a house that we are buying tomorrow. He was terrific. He also has an assistant with him who was able to text me and help with directions. I'd use them again in a second. Since the car was in an open carrier it was covered in dirt/dust- totally to be expected I think! Thanks again, Beth Robinson
