In the spring, I used Ship A Car Direct to transport my car from MA to CA. Recently I used the service again to ship my car from CA to MA. Both times, everything from my interactions with customer service to working with the drivers was excellent. My cars were picked up on the date listed on my estimate and arrived on time (sooner than expected when I shipped East to West). I have even recommended the service to friends who were very happy with it. I will definitely use Ship A Car Direct if I need to ship my car again.
