Overall, I had a good experience. Bruce was helpful and explained the process well. He also kept in touch with me and was very easy to get a hold of. The pick up date was moved since the first carrier backed out but then it was quickly picked up by another carrier. The estimated arrival date given to me by the company was a little bit off and I would have appreciated a more accurate date since my car just showed up in NC sort of unannounced.
